Wrightway Health is a leading provider of Occupational Health services to employers and individuals across the eastern region, as well as at key locations nationally. Due to our rapid and continuous growth we are now looking to expand our team of OH Physicians, reporting to our Clinical Lead and owner, Dr Lindsey Wright MFOM.
We have clinics in Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Cambridge, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, and are planning for more. We also operate a fully equipped mobile unit, enabling us to provide a wide range of services at our clients’ premises.
Our OH Physicians are “hands on” – face to face with our patients – as we firmly believe that the best consultations are completed in person. This gives the maximum benefit to all that engage with us.
At Wrightway Health, Physicians are not assigned certain client groups or contracts; they meet employees who work in all sectors, including offshore / renewables, engineering, manufacturing, office & commercial, scientific, construction, agriculture, and transport.
We complete a large number of medicals, both statutory and client specific. These include Oil & Gas UK, DVLA, and the MCA seafarer. Another significant part of our business is on-site health surveillance, which also includes frequent on-site Physician visits.
We also provide support to our clients by completing sickness absence consultations, fit to work assessments and public sector ill health retirement consultations.
We firmly believe that Physicians are not administrators! We don’t expect reams of paperwork from our Physicians; we have a great team of administrators and occupational health technicians supporting you in the background.
We would very much like to meet with UK-based Physicians who are GMC registered, licensed to practice and hold either the DocMed, AFOM or MFOM memberships. We are also looking for applicants who are committed to our core values of delivering clinical excellence and exceptional levels of service to all that engage with us.
Our salaries are based upon qualifications and experience. We offer an annual allowance of CPD in terms of days and cost, we contribute towards indemnity costs, private healthcare, relocation expenses, and matched pension contributions (3%).
The role is full time, but we’d happily discuss part-time or sessional arrangements.
