Wrightway Health recognises the on-going increase in the number of people working in offices around the country. We specialise in helping employers ensure that their employees are working in environments that are appropriate and comfortable for them, avoiding exacerbating any pre-existing health conditions or causing new ones.

We can carry out full workplace assessments for your organisation, or for specific employees as appropriate. This will include display screen equipment assessments, workstation assessments, or whatever bespoke assessments you may need. Our occupational therapists will then make recommendations regarding any changes that may be required to the working environment.

Sickness absence is a real problem for office and commercial organisations, due to the disruption, loss of productivity and expense involved. We can assess any of the employees with long-term or recurring sickness absence in terms of their occupational health, and we can help you develop sickness absence policies and other materials.
