Measurements will therefore be required for all relevant employees. Step Change in Safety carried out research that showed that bi-deltoid (shoulder) measurements were the best method for confirming a person’s compatibility with emergency exit size.
Wrightway Health now has eight staff who are trained and certified to perform these shoulder measurements, including one doctor who is an accredited trainer as well as seven nurses and technicians who are certified measurers.
Measurements are available at both our Norwich and Great Yarmouth clinics, covering five days a week between the two clinics. We can also provide measurements at your sites if required for larger groups of staff.
To make this as easy as possible for you and your employees, measurements can be combined with other appointments, such as OGUK medicals, health surveillance assessments, fit to return consultations or vaccination consultations.
